I.Qualifications
1. General qualifications
(1) The applicant should hold a PhD degree from extinguished universities in China and abroad. Or the applicant is a PhD graduate with a foreign citizenship. All applicants should be in good character and health, and received his/her PhD degree in recent three years.
(2) Good capabilities in carrying out innovative research and organizing research project.
(3) Working fulltime.
(4) Under 35 years old. Study and research experience in foreign countries is desired.
(5) Having high-level publications as first author, (second author if the applicant’s supervisor is the first author), or communication author in indexed journals in relevant field.

II. Salary, allowance and benefits
1. Annual salary: not less than 300,000 RMB Yuan generally. Allowance and benefits are in compliant with postdoc-related policies of Hangzhou Dianzi University.
2. Duration of the position: two years.
3. During the time in the station, the postdoc is qualified to apply funding from various projects exclusive to postdocs.
4. When finished, the postdoc having good performance and outstanding academic achievement can be recommended to apply a teacher’s position in the university.
5. Academic achievements during the time in the station are rewarded in compliant with the achievement-rewarding policy of the university
